Member Club Info
Everybody has to take care of business every now and then. Here’s everything an Allemande Hall club could need to know about business-type stuff around the hall. The workday schedule, Saturday cleanup schedule, and board meeting dates are all here. Just for good measure, the date of the annual certificate holders’ meeting, held each March, is listed, too.

Bimonthly Workdays
Saturday - 9:00 Sharp

|
All clubs are required to send 10% of their membership to each bimonthly workday. Clubs are to send one person to each outside workday. Credit toward the bimonthly workday quota will be given for workers at outside workdays.
Remember: We’d rather have your help to clean the hall than have the penalty money.

Saturday Clean Ups
Here’s the calendar for weekly Saturday/Sunday cleanups. The task list is in the storage room on the door to the closet where the supplies are kept.
If you use up any supply or something is running low, be sure to leave a note in the housekeeping box in the office.

Board Meetings
Board meetings are held on a regular basis to discuss the operation of the hall, the needs of the clubs and to make decisions that affect both. Each club has one representative to the board. Since Allemande Hall exists for the clubs, its important that each club’s representative is present at each meeting. Below are the meeting dates. All meetings are held at 2:00 PM.
